Your new role:
Support the implementation and administration of contractual concerns supporting project development activities and construction for large scale renewables projects. You will also support Legal and Project teams for all contractual matters in relation to mutiple development and construction projects. You will be responsible for:
- Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts related to development and construction of renewables infrastructure including MOU, NDA, LOI, Exclusivity Agreements, EPC, and O&M contracts and agreements.
- Identifying contractual risks to projects and provide counter strategies and commercial solutions to minimise impact on projects.
- Managing the head contract and subcontracts (variations, progress claims, contract delivery, RFI's)
- Maintaining registration of variations, delays, and use this to build formal claims.
- Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules, progress claims and variations.
Around 5 years’ experience with contract administration for development, construction and/or procurement, from the Renewable Energy or electrical infrastructure industries from either a client or an EPC. Substations or Balance of Plant experience is desirable, but not essential.
