This mid- to senior-level role offers the opportunity to work on premium commercial projects throughout Southeast Queensland, including various government tenders located on Brisbane's fringe. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the procurement register to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with Project and Site Managers for timely procurement.
- Manage contractor engagement and contractual obligations.
- Process monthly subcontractor claims accurately.
- Manage variations in both head and subcontractor agreements.
- Achieve project success in stakeholder relations, time, cost, quality, safety, and process compliance.
- Provide practical solutions to on-site challenges.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualifications in contract administration, quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of contract administration experience.
- Preferably experienced with Design and Construct contracts.
- Strong communication skills for building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ownership abilities.
