Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Drafting Scope of Works, tender packages, project reporting and financial reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and ensuring cost codes are accurately maintained
- Maintain of formal notices and key correspondence
- Sub-contractor liaison and management
- Maintain a register of suppliers and sub-contractors
- Interpret plans and specifications to understand the full scope of works for the projects
- Ensure compliance and quality is met
- Process progress claims
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7+ years local Contracts Administration Experience with a Head Contractor on Commercial Towers
- Loyal employment tenure
- Well-versed in Jobpac and Procore
- Can do attitude and be willing to perform duties outside the standard Contracts Administration requirements
