About the Role
SEE Group is looking to welcome a talented Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial and Legal Team on a 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing contract and commercial administrative support and implementing contract management processes to support the success of the Group and our projects.
This is a full-time, fixed term position for 12 months based in our Helensvale head office, with flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week once you are established.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience in similar Commercial Administration or Paralegal roles is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification in Contracts Administration, Construction. Management, Engineering, Accounting, Law or equivalent is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Sound understanding of various forms of upstream contracts, vendor and subcontract agreements.
- Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between head contracts and subcontracts.
- Demonstrated understanding of guarantees, warranties, insurances, and bonds.
- Strong attention to detail and analytically minded.
- A positive attitude along with a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, small team environment.
