THE ROLE
If variety in projects is what you're seeking, this could be the role for you.
A large focus will be on Industrial type builds initially as part of a new project team, hwoever with current tenders, there should be more variety in Commercial builds in the future.
As a Contract Administrator, you will work within a project team including Project Manager, Senior CA and Project Coordinator along with their Site teams.
- Project scoping and procurement of trades.
- Head contract and sub-contract negotiations, letting and administration as directed by PM
- Financial management including progress claims and variations,
- Analyse budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as required
- Tracking project costs, expenditures and budgeting.
- Program management and RFI’s.
- 2-5 years of experience as a CA on Commercial construction projects. Project between $10-20mill would be of great interest
- Tertiary qualified in Construction Management (or equivalent).
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work cohesively in a close team environment.
- Strong communication skills with an inherent ability to build strong lasting relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Strong IT skills.
- A generous remuneration package of up to $150,000 package.
