Your Position:
As an intermediate to Senior Contract Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in the contracts team, and the following criteria are imperative:
- Oversight and coordination of subcontract and supplier agreements.
- Administration of progress claims, variations, EOTs, and all correspondence.
- Provision of project cost reports.
- Close collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure adherence to financial and contractual obligations.
- Engagement with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, including attendance at site meetings.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator with a focus on Commercial Construction.
- Experience with project value of $15m+
