Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Landscaping Scheduler/Planner. The Landscaping Scheduler/Planner will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as organizing landscape maintenance, irrigation, and general landscaping duties. The role involves coordinating and scheduling landscaping projects, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high-quality standards in all landscaping activities. Ongoing project management of these jobs and additionally, to this, estimating of future jobs and budgets will be required.

Qualifications

• landscaping and Irrigation system knowledge and experience is. preferred
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Estimating and quoting experience
• Prior experience in the landscaping industry is a plus
• Certification or relevant qualifications in landscaping or horticulture
• knowledge of Xero, Servicem8 and Asana systems
