About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Contract Administrator to join the team in Christchurch. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing contracts related to a large Solar Farm project, including drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a contracts background within infrastructure/power/construction projects, with any renewable experience advantageous. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for services and equipment on a large Solar Farm project Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and legal counsel to resolve contract-related issues Maintain accurate records of contracts, including amendments, extensions, and terminations Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or cost savings Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, or a related field 3 years experience in contract administration/management, in the infra/power/construction sector Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology Familiarity with contract management software and tools Good negotiation and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for career growth and advancement Work on an iconic Solar Farm project Fixed term contract with scope for future work How to Apply If you are interested and believe you have the required experience, please apply now with your updated CV and cover letter.
