About the Role
VenuesWest is seeking a motivated individual to work as part of our Facilities Management team. They will be responsible for administering, facilitating, and delivering effective and compliant procurement and contract management practices. In particular, the role will concentrate on the facilities and maintenance areas of VenuesWest and involves working with internal stakeholders regarding requests for quote and tender processes. It is also involved in the development and implementation of policy and procedural resources for the consistent and compliant application of procurement and contract management processes across all business areas.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and whilst the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mt Claremont, mobility will be required between the portfolio of facilities.

The successful candidate will have the following:
- Proven ability and experience in contract administration and/or contract management.
- Experience in the delivery of compliant government procurement processes which deliver value for money outcomes.
- Experience in the creation of request for quotes and tender documentation
- Experience participating in the evaluation of request for tender responses including preparation of evaluation reports, and requests for quotes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience building effective stakeholder relationships
- The ability to work unsupervised, managing competing priorities across multiple work scopes.
