Well established & reputed 2nd Tier Builder requires CA/Coordinator to work on a $50M institutional new build in Swan Hill
Our Client is a long standing major 2nd Tier Builder. They have been in operation for over 40 years and turnover in excess of $500M annually. They specialise in commercial, industrial & institutional projects ranging in value from $5M - $200M.Over recent years they have focused on Regional Victoria securing several major projects. One of their main area of focus has been the Greater Murray River region. They have secured a 2-year, $50M institutional project in Swan Hill and require an additional up & comer to join the project team.
The role is a Contract Administrator/Coordinator styled position. It will be tucked under the Project Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the project. Responsibilities will cover general administration/coordination, document control, RFI's, OHS & quality management, assisting with procurement and contract administration and sub-contractor management.
To be considered you will be tertiary qualified in a construction related discipline with a minimum of 12 months industry experience working within the commercial market sector in a similar type of role. You will have a positive & enthusiastic attitude and a desire to grow a career in the construction industry.
