YOUR NEXT COMPANY:Our client is a smaller commercial builder who have a great culture, passionate people and an eye for quality builds. They have been getting praise from the industry for the great work that they do and as a result have a decent pipeline of work moving into 2024. They promote a collaborative team environment where everyone pitches in and gets the job done. This builder is looking for a CA/PM to join their business.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will manage projects and also undertake the contract administration. Its likely to juggle up to 3 projects at once and have a strong client focus as well as regular site visits. It is a diverse role and will allow you to work closely with the Director to deliver on projects and have input into the decision making process. You will be involved in the tendering process and maintain sub contractor contacts and work to ensure quality is paramount as well as budget and time-frames.
TO BE SUITED TO THIS ROLE:
To be successful, you will have experience working for smaller to medium commercial builders in Australia. You will have strong contract administration experience and either established project management capabilities or a strong desire to step up from a CA into a PM role. You will be a great communicator, like the idea of working for a smaller, growing company and the benefits that can provide. You will also be computer literate and a team player.
