Accountabilities Include
- Overseeing the change control process for the organization.
- Reviewing and assessing change requests.
- Liaising with stakeholders to evaluate proposed changes.
- Documenting and tracking all change requests.
- Collaborating with project managers and teams to ensure changes align with project goals.
- Coordinating change approval and implementation.
- Monitoring and reporting on the impact of approved changes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills/Knowledge
The qualifications and skills required for the role of Contract Change Manager encompass a wide range of attributes, including:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in change management or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Financial acumen and understanding of fiscal implications of changes and their impact on project budgets.
Commercial and contractual awareness to evaluate the business and legal aspects of changes.

Previous experience in quantity surveying or similar skills would be considered a significant advantage in this role.
