This is a large government department based out of Bowen Hills.
The Role:
The Change Manager will oversee and implement change management processes and actions for the Portable Data Entry Unit (PDEU) Renewal project.
This project involves the replacement of handheld scanning devices used to support distribution, inventory management and warehousing functions at hospitals and other health facilities across the state. The device replacement covers approximately 200 sites, 500 devices and over 1,300 users state-wide.
In parallel with the device replacement, the scope includes the implementation of associated business processes to support standardisation and adoption of improved inventory management capabilities.
The role will be critical to ensuring the change is delivered with a proactive and collaborative approach, focusing on identifying the impact on people, their readiness for change, and effectively managing any resistance, with a view to embedding sustainable change.
