This initiative is critical to enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and driving value across our organization. We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our dynamic consulting team and lead the change management efforts for this transformation.As the Organisational Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of the new procurement processes and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to manage the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for the procurement transformation project.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Create and implement training programs to ensure employees are well-prepared for the changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster support and buy-in for the transformation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any resistance or issues.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them guide their teams through the change.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make adjustments as needed.
- Proven experience as an Organisational Change Manager, preferably within a procurement or transformation context.
- Strong understanding of various change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of agile project methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Additional Change management certifications (e.g., Agile Change, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
