About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are seeking a Contract Executive to support the functionality, safety and sustainability of Social Housing services across Victoria and Tasmania. You will be responsible for leading delivery of exceptional preventative and reactive maintenance and project delivery services for a portfolio of Social Housing sites on behalf of our clients. Currently we provide these services for more than 5000 social houses to people in Victoria. Based in Melbourne, VIC, this permanent full-time role offers long term career potential and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact at work by supporting important services for the community.

Through exceptional leadership, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the Victoria/Tasmanian Social Housing sector for the provision of preventative and reactive maintenance and project delivery services to ensure activities are completed within required timeframes
  • Excellent client partnership through service delivery and meaningful strategic engagement
  • Form meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders and vendor partners
  • Manage & lead a team of dedicated management and trade services professionals in delivery of the services 
  • Grow our presence in the Social Housing sector at an exciting time when major contracts are coming to the market

About You

To thrive in this role, you will have a broad understanding of FM with a ‘can-do’ attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for top-notch service delivery. You will have demonstrated experience leading delivery of a social services contract, ideally housing, with a medium-large sized organization (private, public or not-for-profit sector). Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability
  • Proactive approach to relationship management
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Systematic and organized person will thrive in this role, it requires a focus on people, process and systems
  • FM or trade/services management experience highly desirable
