Position Overview: Contract Management Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial integrity of a range of supplier contracts with a major focus on Test Delivery Partners (TDP), ensuring compliance with organizational procedures, and optimizing performance to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence for new and existing supplier contracts, ensuring thorough assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team and other relevant stakeholders to negotiate favourable terms in new agreements while managing risks effectively.
• Review supplier contracts regularly and recommend appropriate actions to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure all key supplier contracts are actively managed and compliant with CBLA’s compliance procedures.
• Serve as a liaison on contract performance matters, fostering effective communication and collaboration with internal teams 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or corporate/commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of Contract Management and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret contract terms, laws and regulations effectively.
