About the role
The OD Specialist is a thought leader who has the ability to analyse, diagnose, shape and build, and implement a wide range of Organisational Development initiatives. You will support attraction, retention, performance and engagement of a highly valued and purpose driven workforce. You will act as a consultant with stakeholders in our business and influence change in the employee experience.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
The OD Specialist will develop and embed initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, culture and employee engagement. The role delivers impactful change through consultation, influence and strong collaboration in the following areas:
The employee listening strategy
Employer branding and employee value proposition
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Succession and Talent Management
Recognition frameworks through the employee lifecycle
Experience redesign through analysing and interpreting data, shaping business decisions, re-aligning people practices, policies and processes.
Facilitation of programs as required
The role will work in partnership with other members of the People and Culture team to ensure that the people strategy and business priorities are effectively diagnosed, implemented and reviewed.

You’ll bring to the role your energy, your passionate and caring nature and you will have;
Qualification in Organisation Psychology or related discipline.
Experience in Organisational Development with a strong emphasis on change, engagement and driving culture with demonstrated results.
Proven experience building successful business cases, leading HR projects and delivering material benefits to the organisation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
An energetic and passionate leader with strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Confidence with a growth mindset.
Able to collaborate with a team, whilst working autonomously as required.
