Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Manager to support our team to manage the contract for BetStop - the National Self-Exclusion Register and achieve real outcomes for Australians. This important new consumer safeguard allows Australians to self-exclude from all licensed interactive wagering services in a single process. We launched on 21 August 2023 and have supported more than 16,000 Australians register for the service. As Contract Manager, you will lead the management of the contract with the operator to ensure it is providing a high-quality consumer-facing service, in line with its contractual and legal obligations.

We are looking for candidates with a sound understanding of the Australian Government's resource management framework and contract management best practice and apply these to oversee management of the contract. You will have excellent oral and written communications skills and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline level security clearance or hold a current security clearance of an appropriate level.
