Property Network of Australia are recruiting for a National Account /Operations /Contract Manager to support a large-scale ANZ retailer and property group. As an FM Service Provider, our client is extremely well-regarded within the Facilities Management space, having built up strong partnerships with their client base over many years. Aided by an established inhouse asset management team, you will act as an advisor in this position to the client, support tender activities, collaboratively work with the clients Facilities Management team, partner with vendors, and provide strategic insight and analysis underpinned by an easy to use and bespoke data driven decision making CMMS.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for the delivery of all FM services in line with the customers KPIs and service level expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate budgets and operational performance, service and quality standards and the efficiency of staff and processes.
- Meet regularly with the customer and provide reports as agreed with the customer on all elements of contract performance.
- Lead in the management of ongoing relationships within the contract.
- Establish and monitor individual and team performance objectives and take direct accountability for the performance optimisation and career development of the staff.
- Enthusiastically lead the team in the identification, recruitment, selection, development, and retention of the highest quality staff, capable of delivering the required outcomes.
- Responsible for ensuring the highest possible standards in health and safety in the workplace.
- Ensure activity undertaken within the Contract is conducted in a legal and ethical manner, and is consistent with Company standards, policy and procedure.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Degree or Trade qualified with minimum 7 years Facilities Management or maintenance experience
- Prior experience leading major multi-site national facility management contract preferably in retail environments
- First class communication skills and customer centric mindset
- A proven track-record in operational management in a service industry environment.
- A background in the construction, Facilities Management, contract management or the provision of other services to the retail sector.
- Proven project planning and organisational capabilities together with leadership skills
- Behavioural Safety Management Training
- Detailed understanding of key management systems
