Facilities Manager

Perth Radiological Clinic is one of the largest independent radiology and medical imaging practices in Australia. Boasting a 75-year history, 21 clinics across Perth and one new clinic set to open in the second half of 2024, we are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join us at our Osborne Park office.

We offer a complete and integrated range of services to the people of Western Australia located across community, public and private hospital-based locations. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the presentation and maintenance of all assets within the company, including existing clinics and new clinics. Currently reporting through to the CEO, you will be integral to the overall smooth operation of property and facilities, working closely with team members of all levels across the business.

You will be involved in a mixture of projects from renovations and relocations to the development of new clinics.  You will be involved in strategic planning, process improvements, and cross skilling opportunities that will further elevate your career and keep you motivated.

What do you need to be considered?

1. Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, within a multi-site environment
2. A thorough understanding of contract management relating to all aspects of building infrastructure
3. Able to manage all corrective/preventative works to ensure all facilities are well presented
4. Exceptional time management, organisational skill and negotiation skills
5. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets.
6. Demonstrated capability in facilities management including expertise in contract risk/OSH management, and the adherence to quality assurance, industry standards and regulations
7. Detail orientated and solution driven with a high level of commitment to quality outcomes
