Our team is responsible for the contract management of social services contracts and we prioritise strong relationships, innovation and teamwork to achieve results.
We work closely with a diverse range of suppliers, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Organisations, to ensure quality, responsive and compliant services for individuals, families and children who are experiencing vulnerability.
If you have:
* An interest in the human services sector and working with NGOs
* Strong administrative and writing skills
* Commitment to developing positive relationships with NGOs
* A willingness to work on your own cultural humility and support the selfdetermination of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations
* Experience in a team environment
* Ability to analyse data, identify and report trends
* Ability to discuss performance with contracted providers in a respectful way
* An understanding of Government Processes - must be followed, no flexibility
* A willingness to learn and implement the requirements for undertaking contract management and procurement processes
* The capacity to undertake travel across the region
