The Role
Air Lift Systems Program Office has an opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Contract Performance team within the C-130J Hercules Asset Management Unit. Under the broad direction of the Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities involving invoice and purchase order management and reconciliation of data pertaining to the management of contract artefacts and reporting. You will support the development and coordination of forward budget reporting and you will help with the implementation, compliance and review of procurement actions along with policies and procedures relevant to the work within that function. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve sustainment capability outcomes, through the implementation of effective contracting arrangements and the ongoing management of these arrangements. In addition, you will be responsible for providing advice to stakeholders on a range of Contract Performance issues to improve value for money and minimise risks.
About our Team
Air Lift Systems Program Office (ALSPO) is a business unit within the Airlift and Tanker Systems (ATS) branch of Aerospace Systems Division (ASD) within Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG). ALSPO is the in-service support agency responsible for sustaining and enhancing the RAAF’s C-130J Hercules and C-27J Spartan aircraft. ALSPO, in partnership with industry, exists to support the RAAF's Air Mobility Group achieve its mission by providing effective sustainment support solutions. The Hercules Asset Management Unit is a highly capable and professional team operating in a dynamic integrated ADF and APS work environment. Building and maintaining cooperative and collaborative relationships are fundamental to our success. Located in Greater Western Sydney at RAAF Base Richmond, an hour west of Sydney, the Base has an employee accessible gym, tennis and squash court, pool and cinema. Our Ideal Candidate
