The Role
Our client is seeking a Contracts Specialist who will enhance project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate procurement processes and minor works orders.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Assist in developing Project Procurement and Contracting Plans.
- Support local procurement and Aboriginal engagement.
- Evaluate contractor selection.
- Manage contract lifecycles from strategy to close-out.
- Handle site instructions and process invoices.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders.
Skills,Attributes and Qualifications:
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Degree qualified in law, commerce, engineering, and/or related field.
- Understanding of commercial risks in construction projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- 3-5 years' experience in contractor, EPCM, and/or client-side environments.
