Job Description:
Saab, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administratorto support proposal, negotiation, and execution (including modifications) of a mixed portfolio of contracts.
Some specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Negotiating contract terms and conditions
Conducting administration of Contracts from award to completion
Negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Memorandums of Agreement.
Performing and communicating contractual risk analyses during all phases of the contract lifecycle.
Compensation Range: $61,600-$75,500
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Skills and Experience:
BA/BS degree with 3+ years’ experience or MBA or JD with 1+ years’ experience
Demonstrated experience performing various aspects of contract management and administration from the capture phase through contract close-out for multiple contract types.
Working knowledge of Government contracting concepts (including FAR/DFARS) and key business processes.
Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, multi-task, and support concurrent requirements for different internal and external customers.
Ability to prepare, organize and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and creativity to develop solutions to contract problems, identifying those terms or conditions that merit an exception or modification.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to evaluate Requests for Proposal and formulate proposal responses.
NCMA Certification.

Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
