They have identified a critical need in the for a Site based Senior Contract Administrator to join the Team on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for developing preliminaries and subcontract procurement, cost control, budgeting, forecasting and reviewing subcontract submissions. The project has recently started to ramp up and will run for a minimum of 2 years with practical completion estimated 2025. The location of the role is commutable form both Central, South Brisbane and also from the Gold Coast and would would be an in deal role for an experienced Contracts Admin looking for a long term career role. Selection Criteria:
- Must have 4 years post graduate experience
- Prior experience working on D&C and alliance Type projects
- Ability to step up into a leadership role and make key decisions
- Must be able to work as a collaborative team
