About the role
A great opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to effectively manage the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims. Working on a broad range of projects in the $250,000 to $1,000,000+ range, you will be responsible for providing support to our project delivery team, including but not limited to the following:
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Preparation of project documentation.
- Permit applications as required.
- Liaise with Project Manager daily
- Register new jobs
- Ensure regular client updates within KPI's
- Accurate preparation of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts
- Assist with Trade Onboarding and Compliance
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position you will have a dedicated level of experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience within the Insurance Building Industry or Domestic Building Industry highly regarded.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Results focused and self-driven nature.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Develop relationships with clients and subcontractors.
This role will be subject to a National Police Check
