Contracts Administrator to their team.The business prides itself on having a flat management structure with open and transparent communication from the company Directors, as well as the mentor-ship and development that they provide to their teams. Many of the current management team have progressed from within the business.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:- Writing scopes of works
- Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
- Involvement with monthly cost reports

The Successful ApplicantSelection criteria will include:
- Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
- High level of computer literacy
- Demonstrated experience across the entire life cycle of projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills
