JKR Group is a Gold Coast construction company servicing a number of sectors throughout Southeast Queensland including, Industrial, Resources and Mining, Education and Infrastructure projects.
We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team in assisting with the delivery of structural steel projects throughout Southeast Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist managing the Contract Administration and Delivery throughout construction
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all projects meet industry standards and specifications
- Managing project change requests and ensuring that changes are implemented in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and financial performance for senior management
Key Requirements:
- Experience as Contracts Administration preferred but not essential
- Diploma (or higher) in Building/Construction or similar preferred but not essential
- Knowledge in estimating, cost management and financial reporting
- Industry experience in structural steel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Procore and general financial management / accounting principles is preferred
- Driver’s licence
