Senior Contracts Administrator to both lead commercial activity on projects as well taking on a mentor-ship role for the wider project delivery teams.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:- Taking the lead on head contract and sub-contract negotiations
- Commercial and financial responsibility on projects up to $20m
- Leading and mentoring Contract Administrators, Project Coordinators and Cadets within the business
The Successful ApplicantSelection criteria will include:
- Demonstrated commercial success within the building construction sector
- Strong capability delivering profitable projects in the $1-20m range
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
