Main Duties:
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Project forecasting and job costing
- Update and maintain the construction programme
- Collate and maintain Safe Work Method Statements
- Attend project meetings
- Assist in the preparation and submission of claims
- Subcontractor management
- Document control
- Assist Site Management onsite, participating in safety walks and inspections etc
- Work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- General office duties

To be considered for the role you must have the following:
- Minimum of 1 year/s experience working as a Contracts Administrator
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in the Construction Industry
- Competent with Microsoft 365 systems, predominantly, Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Recent experience in the delivery of Civil Construction projects
- Current working rights
