Reporting to experienced Project Managers, you'll oversee subcontract packages and ensure smooth operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Procurement, negotiation, and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Active involvement in site meetings, working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers
- Reviewing and processing supplier invoices and subcontractor progress claims
- Assessing and handling variations, EOTs, and RFIs Collaborating on final accounts with the Project Manager
Your Requirements:
- Relevant degree qualifications; Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent)
- 4-5 years of experience in administering fit-outs and refurbishment projects from $10M
- Legally authorized to work in Australia
