Contracts Administrator - Commercial New Build

A successful and highly respected Tier 3 construction contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source an Contracts Administrator to join the team, to be involved with a portfolio of Commercial New Build projects across Perth up to $15m.Over the last couple of year's they have experienced steady growth and have a dynamic and high performing team.The Role:As an CA you will work closely with two Project Management team, assisting with successful running of a projects, within the Commercial New Build sector, working on projects valued between $2M - $13MAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2+ Years Contracts Administration experience in Commercial Construction
• Tier 2 or 3 builder experience would be highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Keen to learn and progress within your career
