The Builder

You will be joining a national fit-out contractor who, locally, turnover in excess of $100M and deliver projects across:

• Health
• Education
• Museums and civic projects
• Science and laboratories
• Commercial offices
• Hotels

Over recent years they have grown from strength to strength, adding two new project teams, and with such good client relationships, they are turning work down whilst they ensure quality projects are delivered for their existing clients.

The Role
  
You'll already be working as a Contracts Administrator, so no need to list the duties.  However, the role will be working at the elite end of the construction industry, with arguably the best fit-out contractor in these project sectors, and with high quality sub-contractors, so making your role a little easier.  

You will be office based (Richmond/Cremorne area), surrounded by cafes, restaurants and public transport.  All in all you will be working along side high quality, talented peers and leaders, supporting your ongoing skills development.
    

Who should apply
  
If you have minimum of 3-5 years of Contract Administration experience delivering, projects within the commercial construction industry here in Melbourne, with experience administering construction projects from start to completion - this role could suit you.  To be clear, we are seeking:

• Contract Administrators with experience in Melbourne (sponsorship not provided)
• With experiences in suitable, related projects (as listed above)
• Strong communicators, with a collaborative attitude and a growth mindset.
