- Demonstrated track record as an experienced Contracts Administrator or in a similar role within the civil/construction contracting/delivery space.
- Strong understanding of contracts, terms, and legal implications.
- Proficiency in contract management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Business / Engineering or related field.
Our client is a well-respected Civil, Infrastructure and Mining Contractor who have a strong presence in WA. They have grown their footprint in size and portfolio across WA which has provided them with project opportunities across a number of sectors mainly in the Transport, Non-Process Infrastructure, Industrial and Renewables sectors.
Due to recent project wins and a solid performance in past projects, they are now in the market for a driven and experienced Senior & Contracts Administrator to join the team.

This role will form part of the company long-term working on a variety of interesting projects with clients in the public and private sectors. They have a friendly and team-orientated culture within their business where service delivery and quality are the ethos of this successful company.
Skills and Experience
- Reporting to the Project Manager you will assist in managing all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project.
- Client and subcontractor variations, progress claims and invoicing.
- Prepare, negotiate and let subcontract packages.
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders, administer RFI's, document control & register.
- Involvement in final accounts and project closeout.
- Attend project meetings with team and stakeholders
