- Post-Graduate level qualifications or significant applied experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of contract principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.
- Understanding of infrastructure project delivery workforce requirements.
- Strong numeracy and financial skills.
- Willingness to travel to and attend project sites regularly.
- Ability to respond to stakeholder requests at short notice.
