About the role
Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks around Contract Administration with a natural career progression into Project Management for the right person.
Key Responsibilities for the role
* Maintain administration around safety, timesheets, budgets with the site team
* Produce project schedules, milestones and timelines
* Award the Contracts to the Subcontractors
* Ensure materials required are ordered
* All aspects of reporting
* Manage Building Final OC in NSW and Form 21 in QLD
* Prepare handover folders including maintenance schedules
Skills & experience
* Experience in High End Residential
* Able to take direction and lead, sometime all at once
* Strong Administration skills
* High attention to detail
* Be a problem solver
* A strong communicator both written and verbal
* A passion for delivering high quality Projects
* Experience with Builder Trend highly regarded
