The Opportunity

Collaborating closely with a proficient Director and the Chief Financial Officer, you'll be empowered to be independent, presenting your ideas to address challenges during a dynamic phase of upgrading various systems throughout the organisation.
This role primarily involves administering contracts, providing client and contractor support, and serving as the main point of contact. Broader duties also include contract review, staff onboarding, compliance assurance, employee/contractor care, and fostering team collaboration.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
Contracts Management: Review client contracts, maintain staff contracts, ensure compliance, and oversee staff onboarding during contract durations
Employee/Contractor Care: Build relations, organise events, and manage benefits programs for employee/contractor engagement and satisfaction
Team Collaboration: Collaborate, share insights, contribute strategies, and exchange best practices with colleagues for efficient contract management
Admin Support and Systems Proficiency: Provide administrative support, serve as a contact point, demonstrate proficiency in various CRM systems
The Ideal Person
You will enjoy working in an agile environment with a broad range of duties and pride yourself on delivering high quality outcomes.
Given the size of the business and their projected growth, you are naturally curious and enjoy learning about the business to help solve problems through better processes and technology.
You will be a proactive Contracts Manager with expertise in contract review, administration and compliance. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in or ability to learn Fast Tract 360 and Bullhorn systems are crucial for successful.

A competitive salary of between $70k - $95k + 11% super will be offered to the successful candidate, subject to experience.
