Salary: We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $70,000 to $75,000
(excl. Super)
About the Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution and management of contracts within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing contract negotiations, managing contract documentation, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience and a strong understanding of contract management
principles.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate contract negotiations and draft contractual agreements.
● Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
● Collaborate with internal teams to monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise.
● Provide support in resolving contractual disputes and claims.
● Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts.
● Financial management of contracts, where required.
Skills and Experience Required:
● Bachelor degree in Business, Law, or related field.
● Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in contract administration or a similar role.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex contract terms.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
