About the Position
We are currently looking for a new member to join our projects team, the role will be responsible for management of our Contracts and assist in the coordination and management of assets across the business. The role reports into the Construction Manager and works alongside three Project Managers. The successful candidate will play pivotal role in ensuring the business achieves it construction targets
About You
- 3 - 5 years experience in Construction Contracts Admin within the commercial construction sector or similar. Long serving employees are looked favourable on.
- Experienced in financial/budget management and reporting
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
- Provide daily support and technical input to achieve contract obligations, tender specifications, purchase orders.
- Excellent organisational skills to monitor, track and organise asset repairs and servicing across a felt of heavy machinery
- Exposure / Experience with Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 or similar
- Ability to work across a diverse range of projects
- Presents professionally
- Can work autonomously; and contribute on a team basis
- Is flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and role requirements
