About the Position
Our client is a successful investment building marketing group specialising in volume house and land. They transact approximately 150-200 sales per year for various home builders.
About the Position
An opportunity exists for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team! You will be responsible for driving contracts from EOI to unconditional updating and working closely with buyers. You will also be responsible for updates through construction phase.
Skills and Experience
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Residential contracts administration experience
- Experience in house and land and investment contracts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Self starter and able to work autonomously
