Your new role

• Develop and maintain contract management plans for park maintenance services.
• Monitor contractor performance, ensuring alignment with scope of works and KPIs
• Conduct detailed investigations into performance breaches and address issues effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and negotiating outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Holds a diploma or has experience in a related discipline.
• Proficient in contract management, with a focus on parks and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
• Committed to workplace health and safety standards.
