A permanent, full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Contracts Officer to join the VET and Business Development team at CQUniversity. VET and Business Development provide strategic leadership and operational guidance across the University’s TAFE operations to enhance and grow vocational education and training within the Central Queensland region. The team is also responsible for business-to-business training and education at CQUniversity. In this role you will develop, prepare and monitor a range of funding, delivery and third-party contracts across the University’s VET operations. You will also provide support and assistance to internal stakeholders for the development of fee for service opportunities. Position Requirements
A detailed understanding of State and Federal funding mechanisms and policy contexts. Experience developing accurate written documentation and reports with attention to detail. Ability to analyse complex situations and develop client service strategies which challenge traditional approaches and solutions. Build positive working relationships and demonstrate high level interpersonal skills.
