Contracts Specialist - Perm opportunity - 4 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide contract support.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
Contracts Manager IT - Perm Opportunity - 3 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the contract lifecycle for IT projects and services.
- Negotiate contracts with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on contract terms, licensing agreements, and service level agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contract terms.
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key IT vendors and suppliers.
Senior Category Specialist - 12-18 Fixed Term Contract - 3 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for assigned categories.
- Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize value and mitigate risks.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement processes.
Skills and Attributes and Qualifications for Roles:
- Degree qualified in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Legal, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software.
- Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
