What you get:

- 6am to 4pm
- Half hour breaks
- 10 hour shifts with OT available
- Monitor machinery and systems in the manufacturing facility.
- Adjust process variables as needed for smooth operation.
- Respond quickly to emergencies or equipment issues.
- Solve problems with production quality and efficiency.
- Analyse data to improve manufacturing processes.
- Keep detailed records of operations and issues.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and collaborate with maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Seek opportunities for personal development.
- Work well with others and follow company values.
- Help improve quality and efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety rules.
- Assist in training new operators when necessary.
- 3+ years in Control Room environment, preferably in manufacturing or quarrying.
- Experience in production or similar role in automated manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Waste industry is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with plant equipment.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of automated production lines and Control Room setups.
- Understanding of safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SCADA Software (preferably Ignition).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
