Our client is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their conveyancing and property law team!

The successful candidate will have:
- The following experience:
- Full understanding of conveyancing A to Z.
- 2 years or more of file managing.
- Experience or keen interest in coaching and mentoring your assistants within the team.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A reputation for showing initiative and working well in a team.
- Experience with legal practice management software (LEAP) - preferable but not mandatory.
- An urge to come and learn how conveyancing can be done innovatively!
The Role:
Working within a supportive team environment you will:
- Collaborate with your team of assistants to oversee and organise them to successfully manage a conveyancing file load to fulfillment.
- Coach and mentor your team of assistants by getting involved with more complex matters and helping them develop their technical skillset.
- Ensure there is professional, open, and effective communication between the business, referral parties, clients, and all other key stakeholders during the conveyancing and settlement process.
- Work with the Principal Lawyer, Relationship Manager, Conveyancing Assistants, and fellow Conveyancing Officers (Paralegals) to ensure all conveyancing matters and settlements run smoothly.
