About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly, down-to-earth team on a full-time basis.
The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring smooth residential property transactions for the firm’s clients, including the buying, selling and transferring of property titles.
Skills, qualifications, experience, and attributes
- At least 1+ years of residential conveyancing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A team player but with the ability to work autonomously, with the support from the principal and team
- Proficiency in PEXA
- Knowledge of LEAP legal practice management system would be advantageous
