Paralegal/Conveyancer

Full Time Position for a Conveyancing paralegal up for grabs!

Duties will involve:

• Contract review and negotiations
• Communicating with clients, solicitors and other relevant stakeholders
• Running conveyancing files and attending to critical dates 
• Attending to settlements (mostly via PEXA) and drafting figures
• Stamping and registration

The successful candidate will have:

• Conveyancing experience (ideally 2+ years)
• Ability to maintain client service and create genuine lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
• The ability to work well under pressure and in a quick pace environment
• The ability to multi-task and be productive in order to meet deadlines and critical dates.
• The desire to learn and adapt to systems and procedures in place
• Microsoft office skills required and experience with Leap software, Smokeball, PEXA and QRO online

Remuneration will be based on experience.
