We are seeking an experienced and reliable full time property conveyancer/paralegal or lawyer to join out professional and friendly team

The Role
If successful you will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing. If experienced you will also handle all aspects of commercial conveyancing.
Ideally, you will have more than 2 years experience in a similar property conveyancing role.
You will be we self-motivated and proficient and confident running conveyancing matters end to end, with a high level of confidentiality, autonomy and discretion.
You are someone who is focused on getting the right outcome for clients and tenacity isn't new to you wither is a readiness to provide expert advice to clients throughout their property journey.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- The ability to uphold legal compliance, including stamp duty and registration fees;
- A positive, proactive attitude;
- Experience in PEXA and LEAP;
- The ability to correctly identify danger or risk points in a conveyancing process and promptly raise them with senior staff and practitioners for support and guidance;
- Be an Australian Citizen and if a lawyer hold an unrestricted Practicing Certificate.
- Having your own referrers would be an advantage.
