We are currently looking for a Conveyancer and a Legal Assistant to join their team who are the epitome of collaboration—integrating top-notch customer service seamlessly with their expertise and knowledge. As they are experiencing growth, we are seeking seasoned conveyancers to join their vibrant community to deliver unparalleled conveyancing services.
Within this role you will need to have a deep understanding of property law across Queensland jurisdiction. You will be joining a team that prides itself on stellar communication, good quality work, passion and professionalism and being detail-orientated.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling a wide array of conveyancing tasks for various clients, such as:
- Reviewing Contracts of Sale
- Clarifying any uncertainties for clients
- Conducting thorough searches
- Guiding clients through the entire conveyancing process
- Preparing for settlements
Skills and qualifications we're looking for:
- Minimum of two years of conveyancing experience
- Proven expertise in managing Queensland residential conveyancing from start to finish
- Eagerness to adopt new technologies and workflows
- Familiarity with PEXA
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
- Strong commitment to customer-centric interactions
