We have experienced high growth and are seeking an experienced and reliable full-time conveyancer / conveyancing paralegal to join our knowledgeable, professional and friendly team.
This role will not require an immediate start.
Our successful candidate will commence their induction onboarding in June 2024, so you have plenty of notice to make the smooth and exciting transition across to our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
This role is ideally suited to a conveyancer or Property Paralegal with at least 2 years experience in a similar role, as you will be entrusted to handle all aspects of residential conveyancing for our clients.
This is an autonomous role, so you must be proficient and confident running conveyancing matters, with a high level of confidentiality, autonomy and discretion.
You will be entrusted to deliver tailored client-focused outcomes and expert advice to clients throughout their property journey.
You will have the use of leading conveyancing software to simplify and streamline the conveyancing process, and “open door” access to our talented senior practitioners for any tricky situations you might encounter.
We value the important contribution that our property and conveyancing staff make to our practice, and take measures to ensure our conveyancing staff are supported with manageable workloads.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience with PEXA;
- Proficiency in Tri Convey/Tri Search or Smokeball/ Leap;
- The ability to uphold legal compliance, including stamp duty and registration fees;
- A positive, proactive attitude;
- Exceptionally high level of attention to detail;
- Confidence in developing and maintaining long-lasting and positive client relationships;
- High standards of communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic skills;
- Excellent time management, punctuality and organisational skills;
- The ability to meet critical deadlines; and
- The ability to correctly identify danger or risk points in a conveyancing process and promptly raise them with senior practitioners for support and guidance.
